I use a free malware remover called adwcleaner, I occasionally get those stupid underlined words that create popups all over the place. The adwcleaner works a treat on DD"S lappy and my dinosaur of a pc  Only just started up with my comp entries again after a couple of weeks off trying to get my head around elite shopping :rotfl:

Woken up and my eldest not in yet . Rung him and straight to answerphone so phone must be flat .
I so much found it easier when the boys were little.
So much more to worry about when they are older.

    Feeling sick

Even though all of mine have long Ago flown the nest I still find at times I still wake up with a panic and I have to do a roll call - I've got findfriend ap on the iPhone/iPad which would be great in theory - except one child works where there is no mobile signal so I never know if he is at work or just has his phone in the car or switched off, eldest child's phone goes into a dead zone if she is travelling and the other one is abroad and does not have an iPhone anyway :)

I don't think you ever stop worrying about where they are or what they are doing ...

OH has been at his mates for hours but I've ended up working myself into a slough of despond - really hate September.

Morrisons have some perennial plants this week for £1.50 - good if you have developed gaps in your flower beds - they also have a good selection of bulbs.

I got a few of these this weekend so I've been putting plants in and splitting and transferring a few into different places so for the first time in months I am actually on top of things, aside from more bulbs - grass is cut and edged and compost has been patted down

I should feel relieved at least but it's just miserable, coming to the end of the gardening year ...

Can i just slice the beans and freeze or should i blanch them? please and thanks

i always blanch the beans first some dont but we were always brought up to blanch them, then freeze on trays before bagging so i can get as many or few out as i want.. left some beans and big marrows out the front and one turned into mushrooms;)

If you use Firefox as your web browser, consider installing free add ons to prevent pop ups and annoying ads, eg
Ad Block Plus https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/ and Ad Block Plus Pop Up Addon https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus-pop-up-addon/
NoScript is also good for preventing clickjacking attacks
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/noscript/

for Google Chrome, it looks like there is a pop-up blocker which comes as standard

    and for Explorer too
