OH had mugged me!:D:D:D:D
All the shopping I've done lately (Sada JF oil/Bristol Tesco APGS) and this morning met friends at our local castle/country park...got the picnic stuff out and DS rifled through and said 'mummy where's the sandwiches?'
I hadn't made any because I had run out of bread
Our picnic was a packet of pom bears and a cake bar :rotfl:
He looked at me and shook his head!!!
Disclaimer - we were coming home a bit earlier than the others so he could have some proper food before going to nursery this afternoon, I'm not a completely hopeless parent
In fact when I think about it, it was an improvement on our picnic a couple of months ago when it consisted of a hard boiled egg and an apple, it was a very hot day and frankly I just couldn't be azzedOur friends were bringing out tubs of strawberries/mango/homemade brownies etc so we just ate theirs :rotfl:

I love your picnics, who the heck wants bread and stuff like fruit….that is just boring!
My first taste of marmite, was when I mugged a child of his sandwich when we were picnicking. I think I had bought a loaf of bread…nothing else!:D

Weetabix 48 for £2.49 @ Morrisons in store
http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/weetabix-48-for-2-49-morrisons-store-1993750
Edit hmmmmmmmmm n/a on msm
They did have some 72 packs (48+ 50%) in there a few weeks ago but I think for the full price of 48. I think:o. I'm still stuck on S/P Wheat Bisks vs 75p:o:o:money::rotfl:. I know some of you like 'expensive' Weetabix (still £1 more expensive than S/P Wheat Bisks even on that £2.49 price:eek:) so I do notice offers on Weetabix and came close to mentioning the 72 pack one but, amid everything else, it didn't quite make it.
Depends whether this was in the price collectors' stores on Wednesday, or whether it is store-specific. May be best to check in M and buy there ... shall we all go out to M as it seems I've done a very rubbish price collection on Wednesday?:rotfl: I haven't actually - it was rather good, but sometimes does seem you manage to find something else - or the two items I've missed(:rotfl:).
Eyes on wombles though, to see if anyone buys this... whenever they let us check.0 -
