All this talk about the persil/lenor having gone up and APGs not working I am sort of relieved I just went and bought it when it was reduced. :o

DD1 is home later with Teeny and DD3 who has been staying the week, I have major tetris to conquer. Did the wine/champagnes earlier. Less the one in the fridge. ;)

Now on to the laundry, bit of a faff having to carry it upstairs but not for much longer. Garage should be finished in couple of weeks. :D

Going to a wedding on Sunday with Mum. Just found out all the roads will be closed for the Sky Ride and Tour of Britain Bike race, which goes right along the road where ceremony is taking place.
Wonder if they will let the bride through?
No idea how we are going to get anywhere near to Wedding Venue or on to Vintage Tea Dance at Aintree Racecourse.
Just hope my Sat Nav can help find some sort of route
Was already panicking about going as find social events very difficult.

We do on the coast but we just call it fog. ;) Poole isn't as bad because of the harbour but worse over Bournemouth when we get it. Many an early shift when I worked in Bournemouth I used to think was going to be an awful day and by lunchtime would be baking.

Those were the days sitting on the beach just in my bikini bottoms of a lunchtime. :sighs:
