Thanks LFAB! And another big thanks- my Halifax switch completed today so hopefully with be getting my switch bonus very soon.

Quick question: I'm assuming they shut down the account you've switched from? Or do I have to close myself? Never switched an account before.

Yes they close your old account if you have chosen to switch to get the switching bonus.

    We went Lloyd's to Halifax

    Hth

4 days was all it took for them to pay up x

Totally worth the early alarm and queuing for 2 hours to get these. They normally sell for £125

My back was killing me the entire time and there were some right knobs in line but it was all very civilised really. Managed very well by the Schuh staff. When I came out there were only about another 30 or so people in the queue and everyone I spoke to had managed to get some in their size. Bit shocked that some people queued from half 11 the night before though...

Evening just had a brief catchup as been busy all day but just wanted to say so glad you got your boots Emm when you get a result like that it's worth all the effort:j:j:j

Off to get my dinner nothing exciting mushroom omlette and stewed apple and yogurt:(
