Terms and Conditions

1. It is free to enter the competition and is open to both members of The Travel Club and customers of Joe Browns (https://www.joebrowns.co.uk).
2. Entry to the competition closes at 23.59 (GMT) on 23 September 2014.
3. A winner of the competition will be chosen at random from all entries received and notified within 14 days of the competition ending.
4. The winner has 28 days to confirm acceptance of their prize; otherwise, The Travel Club reserves the right to redraw the prize.
5. The prize is for 2 people travelling in economy class from London Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester if available to Phuket plus 7 nights shared accommodation at the 5-star Vijitt Resort on a bed and breakfast basis and return airport transfers. The winner will also receive £500 Joe Browns Gift Card credit to spend with Joe Browns, Joe Browns standard gift card policy applies.
6. Visas, a valid passport, travel insurance, travel to and from the UK airport, and any other additional costs are the responsibility of the prize winner.
7. The holiday can be taken at any time between 15th October 2014 and 15th December 2014 or between 31st January 2015 and 15th July or 1st September and 30th September 2015; The Travel Club will endeavour to ensure full availability across all dates. However, if the hotel or flight is unavailable The Travel Club will offer the winner the next best alternative, either date or hotel. It may be possible to extend the duration of the holiday but any costs incurred to do so will need to be paid by the prize winner.
8. The prize is non-transferable and must be booked at least 28 days before departure.
9. Once booked the prize is not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable, or redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
10. The Travel Club decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Employees of Flight Centre UK Ltd. and Joe Browns plus their families or suppliers are not eligible for entry.
12. All entries become the property of The Travel Club, who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period.
13. The promoter reserves the right to amend the specification of the prize or offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
14. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the UK and Northern Ireland.
15. Entries must be submitted by the named entrant and will be invalid if found to come from a third party.
16. Multiple entries from a single source (eg 'competition entry' website/company) will be disqualified.
17. Entry to the competition is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions.
18. By entering you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
19. The Travel Club will only use your email address in compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and in accordance with our privacy policy.
