500 Air Miles with National Lottery

This is my first post so please don't rip me to bits if i have put it i the wrong section.
I found this article National Lottery will now net you 500 Air Miles in the Guardian online and when i went to the National Lottery website to subscribe and it mentioned nothing. So i rang Camelot who claimed to know nothing and they e mailed me back with the following answer...
Dear Sir,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have just received a reply to the email I sent to our Marketing Department, as she was out of the office yesterday.
Could you let us know when you saw this in the paper, what was the date of the paper. They are unaware of any promotion that we are running in connection with free air miles, but if you can provide us with more information then they will investigate this for you.
You can address the email to me and then I can forward the information on.
