Parking Eye Ticket

I have the Parking Eye past message boards and I believe my situation is not fully covered.


I have received a “Parking Charge Notice” from ParkingEye in relation to an alleged parking at the Marriott Hotel Kensington car park for about 14 minutes.


In reality in never entered the actual car park, I stopped my car in the drive way outside the hotel, walked into the hotel to enquiry if there were any rooms available and then left. At all times there was someone in the car, and the car never went inside the car park, I believe the drive way is clearly outside the perimeter of the car park and I never went through the car park gates or had a chance of collection a ticket.


Parking Eye must have a camera in the drive way to monitor cars going in and out of the car park.


How should I proceed in order to contest this?

appeal using template letters in the "Newbies" thread at the top of this section

no need to post mitigation , just the standard GPEOL etc in the template letters, then same to POPLA when the PE "appeal" fails
