Top pastry chef Claire Clark has worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants and hotels in the world – and now she could be baking in your kitchen!
We’re offering one lucky Emerald Street reader the chance to win a cake-making masterclass with Claire Clark in their own home. Claire will share the tricks of the trade and help you create the cake of your dreams from her new book, 80 Cakes from Around the World.
The prize is a half day cake-making masterclass with Claire Clark in the winner’s home, where Claire will show the winner how to bake and decorate their choice of cake from Claire’s book, 80 Cakes from Around the World. The winner will also receive a copy of the book.
Upon acceptance of the prize the winner will provide preferred dates for their masterclass to take place. All reasonable efforts will be made to find a date suitable for the winner that fits with Claire Clark’s availability.
The prize includes ingredients for the chosen cake to be baked during the masterclass. No equipment will be provided, so the winner must ensure they have the necessary equipment for the cake of their choice - as specified by the prize provider when confirming the date.
The masterclass must be taken by 30th June 2015.
Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded and there is no cash alternative. The prize is non-transferable.
Only one entry is permitted per household via online route of entry
