Hiya
I'm a bit of a wuss when it comes to food, My Mum usually tells me off saying there are days left in things....
Anyway I made a lovely batch of fresh Bolognese sauce on Thursday - it's been kept in the fridge since then, would it be ok to use today or even freeze still ?

The guidelines for most leftover food are 3-4 days, so I think it should be fine to use or freeze today, but after that probably not.0
