Recommendation for a camcorder?

My camcorder is on it's way out and I am gutted
It served me well for 5 solid years and now it's coming to replace it I can't find one that seems to do me justice like this one did.
This is my current one:

Anyone any suggestions of similar camcorders that can be bought nowadays? Looking to spend up to £200 maximum.
I really liked the built in memory and the file format. Suggestions greatly appreciated! I'm at a loss as to what to buy and I'm at a loss without a camcorder! I always film special birthdays and I have my sons coming up, I don't want to be without one
I am possibly considering this one?: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sony-CX240E-Full-HD-Camcorder/dp/B00HR684TY/ref=cm_wl_huc_item

Sony are quite good quality, turn out decent HD images with decent dolby digital stereo sound and are fairly easy to use, and this model has a fairly good 27x optical zoom with none of the gimmicky digital zooms that grain up the picture and cause detail to go gritty noisy and blocky at full zoom with a wobbly rendition. You won't go wrong with this.
