Tesco uniform size question

Hi, I have just been offered a job on checkout at my local Tesco :j
I am now wondering if anyone on here knows about the Tesco uniform...I am wondering if the sizes are true to size or if they come up big or small? . I am inbetween 2 sizes at the moment and am unsure which size to order when I go for my induction (next Saturday)
Thanks in advance

Thank you for your very helpful answer, however I have already dropped 3.5 dress sizes so think the diet suggestion is a little late!!!!
I was hoping that there would be a MSE member with knowledge of the clothing sizes.Trying to regain my comping mojo0 -
I used to work there and would go a size bigger. Just because there is nothing worse than trying to stretch etc in too tight clothes and sitting down with your waistband digging in. Being comfy is good when sat on a checkoutHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0

I ripped up the bum of my trousers once and had to ring my dad to bring me my spare skirt and tights which were in my knicker draw.... Not good lolHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0

I would always go a size bigger, particularly on checkout as although you are sitting you may also have to stretch / bend etc. which having a slightly larger size would make a more comfortable prospect.
I am sure you could take the uniform in if necessary if it was too roomy.
Congratulations on the weight loss0 -
See if they will let you have 2 different sizes of uniform? while I have yet to work in a shop I have had the luxury of having 2 different sets of uniform other environments whilst I have either grown in or out before now even if it meant offering paying toward one, loads of people think will this fit and get nevy about it xx0
