EBAY BIN Issue

Seeling alaptop which is used and in Very Good condition. Put two photos on the add and had a BIN. The buyer has now asked me for more photos before they pay. They have 300ish feedback, no negs and a lot of purchases in the last month although cant see what they are.
Is this the norm? I dont normally sell on Ebay but I dont get why they BIN and then ask for more photos before they pay?

There is a scam where buyers ask for more photos you email them then they send a fake paypal email saying they've paid. Have they actually clicked BIN? If they haven't you could add more photos to the listing.0

I WANT YOU TO MAIL ME THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM AND IF POSSIBLE SEND ME MORE PICTURES. ALSO SEND ME YOUR PAYPAL MONEY REQUEST OR YOUR PAYPAL EMAIL ADDRESS FOR IMMIDIATE
PAYMENT
The broken english with "immediate" and the caps dont sit well with me. It was also sent at 5am this morning.
They have been a member of ebay since 2002. I have checked the address, which is "3/24 nowhere street" but that address dont exist, however the address flat 3, 24 nowhere street does. I have conversed with them via the message centre and they are responding.0 -
Next time, tick "Immediate payment required" box. They can pay via ebay, they don't need your Paypal email address. They want that for what purple describes. There will be a "Pay Now" button somewhere they can see. Tell them to pay via that.0

I did tick that immediate payment but said i should be a professional seller or something, do you think this is a scammer?0

The time to ask for more info or pics os before you click buy it now. I hear alarm bells and would tell them to pay now. Then if they do not they are in the wrong and you can go from there. That is what I would do but I am not a big seller on ebay either."'Cause it's a bittersweet symphony, this life

Thank you for confirming that. I can confirm that I've now take the necessary action against them for breaching our Transaction Interference policy.
Rose Ann
Rest assured the extent of the action we can take for this violation is up to termination of their eBay account.
Rose Ann
Here in eBay, we strongly recommend that you always complete your sales on the eBay website - it's the safest way to trade with other eBay members.
