What is nutmeal?

Am about to bake a cake as a thankyou to my son's nursery, was going to get some cellophane and ribbon to make it look pretty ... I am quite famous for my orange and poppy seed cake but, shock horror, I can no longer find the recipe on the internet!!! I am going to use this recipe http://www.abc.net.au/centralwest/stories/s601906.htm
which looks fairly similiar ... but what is nutmeal? And any suggestions as to what i can sub it for? Am about to start baking ... quick responses gratefully received!!

There are all different sortos of nutmeal, some sites have it as a form of flour, some as an exfolient for skin!! but rumour has it that the Americans used to call peanut butter nutmeal so depending on the quantities required maybe it is just plain old fashioned peanut butter!!

I think I'll steer clear of any type of nut and just sub it for some flour, then. Google didn't help out much, kept getting 'do you mean neutral'?

I wonder if they mean ground almonds? I'd avoid using that though if you're making it for children/unknowns, and add either some extra flour or some cornmeal. The cake will probably be a bit less moist but I don't think it'll be noticeable.

I thought ground almonds too ... and it's got yoghurt in it, so that should keep it fairly moist, I will just stick in a bit of extra orange juice. As you can see, I never got round to baking it, I guess that's a job for this evening now, I will go tidy the house instead ha ha ha
