1.The promoter of the competition is Grakka Limited, European distributor of Bradley Smokers. See https://www.grakka.com for details.
2. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
3. The prize consists of one Original Bradley Smoker Model BS611EU and one packet of Bradley Flavour Bisquettes (120 pack size) including free delivery to a UK address. No cash alternatives are offered.
4. Entrants must be over 18 years of age and must be resident in the UK.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. Employees and associates of the promoter, and others associated with the sale of Bradley Smokers are ineligible.
7. The closing date for entries will be 30th November 2014. After this date no further entries will be possible. The winner will be notified on that day and details of the winner will be available on the following day.
8. Any personal data relating to the winner or other entrants will be kept in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to third parties without the entrant's consent.
9. The winner agrees to the use of his / her name and image in any publicity material.
10. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
