Is it going to be impossible for me to get a mortgage when I have an existing CCJ that I will be paying off monthly?
CCJ is from 2012 and £4000.
I will be getting the mortgage on my own hopefully!
Will I have to wait until it's paid off?

Ask yourself a question. Why would a mortgage lender wish to advance money to someone that's been pursued as far as court action in order to recover a debt. Then pay in monthly installments rather than than settle in full.
Time for a reality check if you are serious.0 -

Not necessarily if you have a decent sized deposit.I am a Mortgage Broker

15% deposit and this should be possible.
If you wait until its 3 years old (as in 36 months... sorry for the daft comment but some people see December 2011 and then January 2014 as being 3 years old when its actually 2 years and a month or so). then you can possibly get away with less of a deposit.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
