Are the interest rates going to go down in the next couple of years?

    would you say then, that my best option (being on a budget obviously :-) ) is a fixed rate remortgage for the moment then? Maybe on a 2 year deal to see what happens?
    I think that it's time to look for a good 5-year capped rate to limit any further increases but benefit from interest rates reducing over the five year period.
