Farm shop

Hi all, myself and my wife are hoping to open a farmshop in our local area and are currently searching for the correct premises. We have found a shop we feel has the perfect layout and was previously a retail shop. My question is, can the slatted, white, retail shop walls be removed and replaced? Could we mount rustic, farmshop shelving on to these walls? We have no experience in retail and i wondered how difficult these walls maybe to remove and how they maybe fitted etc. Any help/advice, constructive comments welcome. Cheers Chris

The Small Business section is usually a better place to ask questions re start ups.
