Hello All,
Without going into all the details, I think one of the components on the PCB (circuit board) of an old, but rarely used, Kenwood FP505 food processor has (is) failing. I have basically no electrical component knowledge and am just asking if anyone knows if it is possible to get circuit diagrams for obsolete Kenwood food processors and / or has used anyone (via mail) to repair small circuit boards with discrete components (no microprocessors or whatever)?
I can actually buy a replacement PCB but the price makes this repair uneconomic so this is why I am asking .
Thanks
Clive

hi Clive, did you find the circuit diagram? I'm in a similar position. one of the caps and resistors has blown, and I don't know their value. do you still have your board? maybe we can help each other. Best, nile0

Did anyone have any luck with this? Clive?
does someone maybe have a photo of the main board. It's blown a capacitor and resistor. cannot read voltage on the cap, but think 240, and the fat high watt resistor is charred.
many thanks.0
