Gluten Free Slimming World

I have been on Slimming World more times than I care to think about and have had various successes and failures, dependent on how motivated I was at the time.

I have recently begun eating a gluten free diet. Is this compatible with SW? Can normal pasta etc be swapped for gluten free pasta and still be free on EE?

    Hi,Picky
I am sorry I don't have an exact answer to your question (because i know there are soooo many different foods that contain gluten.)But I am sure that gluten-free pasta would still be free.
There is a fantastic, friendly Slimming World thread on here, which I am on.I am sure people on it, much more knowledgeable than myself ,would be able to help you:

Im a newbie to SW but my leader gave the impression GF stuff is better than normal stuff. Alot of people at my group were raving about asda GF wraps as they were about half the syn value of a normal wrap
