How do I go about reinstating it for January please?

Can you cancel the YBD and then reinstate it again? If so, then I think I will cancel it too. It's very disappointing for what is essentially a a Christmas box.

I was thinking of the bath oil, but just read that's only 20ml, which is titchy!

I got my lip monthly parcel the other day, and was actually quite impressed with it. It's the first time I've ordered it, and didn't know what to expect. Love the make up pouch!

You can cancel YBD and start the subscription any time. When you want to order a box, there is a message that tells you you are not subscribed, you press it and you subscribe again! or something like that! It's pretty easy, I have done it before.

I found the nail varnish for £10.72 online in a webpage I don't know.

I've cancelled my YBD box and decided to put the money I would have spent on that towards a lovelula box instead.

I used to get them for about a year, but never renewed my subscription. I always remember them being a decent box each month. The first ever box off them was a brilliant one which included a Neom candle and a Zoya nail polish. So, I thought I'd give them a try again.

Well there's five on this thread alone so perhaps YBD will see that they can't fob people off with an inferior box.

Usually I know straight away one product I definitely want and then I have to decide between 2 or 3 others which to pick.
This time there wasn't a single item I wanted, I didn't even look up their value because even if one of them was worth £10 I wasn't interested.

Same here. I thought I'd maybe get the bath oil (my husband likes it!) but like I said, I hadn't realised it was so small. I don't know what else I would have picked? Probably a nail polish, but I'd just have been picking for pickings sake, and not because I really wanted it.

A similar thing happened to me - the payment was taken but I didn't get a confirmation and the order wasn't showing on my account, so I got in touch with customer services and they made sure it was sent ok. Might be worth dropping them an email. A few people seem to have had the same issue.
