I got my Love Lula box yesterday, love it!

I'm not happy with LMB at all, I don't like the options and I don't understand if I've got 6 credits for this month (that I've already paid for( or if they've already sent their recommendations - in which case they're sending me things I already have

It seems LMB deleted the big long post on the Facebook page about the changeover but they did say that there would be hundreds of options and they'd be updated daily - my big worry (ha, in beauty box world not the real world ) was that I'd be spoilt for choice, I'm glad to have read on here that you can then buy extra items.

I think I just really like the surprise element and actually I'm quite indecisive so I find choosing for myself a bit stressful I know that sounds ridiculous.

i got my lovelula too! much better than last months box.

ive ordered my items from LMB but it now says i have 6 credits again, so would this be for me to pick next months box? they havent really set the site out very well.

I got an email back from Love Me Beauty about the fact quite a few items that were 2 credits on Monday have been reduced to 1 credit on Tuesday. They told me these are low stock "sale" items. So basically wait a few days and some stuff will be reduced. How is that fair or rewarding customer loyalty when someone can subscribe mid month and get a box effectively worth twice as much? It's stupid.

Nope not yet. Estimated delivery is tomorrow but my tracking still says 'order generated' since 8th.

I just tried to cancel and have been advised this is 3 boxes for the price of 2 and I have signed up for 3 months as per the t&c of the promo - so warning to others who have used this offer thinking they will get a freebie

I was thinking about this as mine says the same and I think I've figured it out - we've preordered ours but it doesn't officially come out till 12th, so I think although the order has been generated Hermes won't pick it up until official launch day! In being super efficient Lookfantastic have actually just confused us all!
