i really hope they sort out their site soon. all products are showing as sample size even though they are 2 credits! most of the products on offer are ones have had in previous boxes. ive got 7 months left on my subscription which i doubt they will refund me for if i cancel, but it doesnt even show on my account that i have any subscription! this is so frustrating. its a great idea to choose your own box but only if the site works properly and decent items are on offer.

I can't get onto LMB - I'm waiting on a password reset - I'm only bothering because I should have a credit from last month rolling over, I'll use that then probably won't bother again. I'm not impressed with the handling of relaunch, lack of information existing subscribers were given, and from what I've heard the boxes are of a much lesser value. It's not the sort of service I signed up to receive. I wonder if there is any loyalty scheme and what happens to the friend referrals and survey points people have accumulated?

I think I saw somewhere written that everyone has to sign up again because they moved to another server and they can't transfer the passwords, or that you have to reset the password. I can't remember 100%. I imagine that they must be very stressed at the moment! lol

Just got my YBD box - the extras are nice but a bit disappointed at the lipstick (peachy nude shade that would never suit me in a million years). Got my hopes up when the top of the box said violet! Not sure what to do with that now.

But got some more no foundation foundation

I am really enjoying this thread, thank you to everyone for contributing. I am a Birchbox subscriber, dip in and out with YBD, and seem to order 1-2 meme boxes a month. I always go for the one off boxes, and my favourite last year was the netaporter one. I will definitely be posting here if I see one of those become available again.

Anyway, I am keen on subscribing to glossy box again, but they have recently lowered their cash back through quidco, so I am waiting a good code before I do so. If anyone sees one please do let me know

ive managed to get on and it finally shows that i have credits available for this months box but its doesnt say how many months i have left on my sub. the site is not set out very well. ive made my order (a few items ive had before as i dont think there was much choice) at checkout i had to give my card details as they have swapped over from paypal to swipe. but then once i placed my order it came up with this messase: As you were previously using PayPal to pay for your subscription, we will ship your box on the day you are successfully debited. You are due to be debited on the 14 of this month, and your box will be shipped on that day

I better not be charged anything! i have paid for a full years subscription back in march. As for the rewards i think everything will be reset which is very unfair. was ment to get an extra for surveys last month which they didnt include so i emailed and they said it would be included this month, but that was before the new launch. and im due 2 months for referrals which i doubt i will get.

limited edition glossybox with organic products. was tempted myself but already have 3 out of the 5 products so cant really justify buying it.

I have tried frequently to get onto the Love my Beauty site to check it out, and I ALWAYS get " The web page is not available". Just figured it out. Website doesnt work in Chrome - Thats useful isn't it... Even in IE it won't let me put anything into the screen. Who has a web page with such problems 4 days after launch...?!
