Code wanted - halfords

Anyone got a valid Halfords code?

I am looking to get my baby a new car seat - she is too big for her 1st stage seat but not big enough to face forward yet.... I want to save as much as poss but would never buy a second hand one!!!

I don't have a code but I went in there today to buy a car seat for my son and was deciding between a maxi-cosi one for £49.99 and a Graco one for £99.99 ... I asked the manager what the differences were between them and he said the Graco one was more padded, arm rests and drinks holders. While I ummed and aahed a bit he said "If you like I'll do the Graco one for £49.99 for you too" ... so I got it half price without even asking !!! Yay !!! :beer:

Please please dont just buy one off the net without physically checking and testing it actually fits your car , as not all seats fit all cars, also check for "buckle crunch", do some research online as well for test results, Maxi-Cosi always come out very good, there are some very dodgy seats around.

Also check out www.kiddicare.co.uk as they are almost always cheaper than Halfords
