loan advice

Hi I really need advice because I have a project and will need a loan of £15K.

I don't have a permanent contract but I work 40 hours a week and have a steady stream of money passing through my account each month I also have a small amount saved in a cash ISA that I add to every month.

I have a credit card through my bank that I use and pay off each month I like to keep a few hundred pounds on it as manageable debt and I am rarely overdrawn.

I have had problems paying off my loans from when I was younger but I was a typical young man and living for the weekend type back then but as of now im pretty much debt free and have very little expenses as of right now.

What advice could anybody give me in keeping my credit rating up and to put myself in a good position to borrow from the bank?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

thanks

Define rarely overdrawn ? You shouldn't be going overdrawn, its bad management of your finances.

I was young once but never got into debt, overdrawn, ran my account very well so not everyone who is young lived for the weekend, in fact don't know anyone who did live for the weekend, yes I went out and enjoyed myself but not splurge my money.

On the info you have provided you will not get a loan of £15000.

You need a good credit history, along with a permanent job.

I would advise you to save up hard, and start your project when you reach £15000.

I see what you are saying I didn't realise 15 would be that difficult to borrow

Tell it to the bank, Bond.

Its not that its hard, its dependant on what you earn, if the bank think you wont be a bad risk.
