Get another buy-to-let or pay off mortgage first?

Hi, I currently have 2 houses, one which I live in and a buy to let, not sure what would be the best thing to do pay off extra of mortgages I already have or try save up for a deposit for another buy to let and have a 3rd house?

    What do you want out of it?


    Do you want to own a property "empire"? are you looking at as an investment? what are your long terms plans?
