House of Choice??

Hi all,
My partner and I purchased a wardrobe and chest of drawers from them online almost a month ago now. They came up pretty high on a google search for sliding wardrobes so presumed they were a reputable company.
Originally they blamed it on the delivery company and "invoicing" issues with them. Then were told it had been sent and was again the delivery companies fault that they hadn't called us to arrange delivery. Delivery company say they haven't been told to collect the items and now were stuck in limbo as over the past week they've stopped answering phonecalls or responding to emails.
I was wondering if anyone could help me with the right course of action? As blood out of a stone comes to mind asking for our money back.
