Hi,
I have been a member of Globaltestmarket for some time and I have had no problems, plenty of surveys and payment has always turned up.
However, just lately they have been sending me surveys asking for an access code and no matter what I put in there it tells me username/password invalid. This is after I have entered my email address and password so I am not sure what information they want. I have emailed them about the persistent problem but they keep sending me the same answer - thank you for reporting this to us, we can now work on the problem.
Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Hi cazbar,
I had the same problem about two weeks ago, I couldnt sign in and was convinced i had the right name and password! Then a few days later i got a survey sent to me which didnt ask for the codes etc, and it worked first time.
All i can think is that maybe they're updating their system in batches and its your turn to be inconvienced this week! Hope you get it sorted soon.0 -

I'm pleased to hear that I'm not the only one
I received a survey this morning and I was able to access and complete it this time, however the points weren't credited. I know there is a message to say that points may not be credited immediately so I will give it a few days.
