Best way of getting rid of stray dark hairs on neck

I am 33 years old and pale skin.
For the last 15-18 months, I have been experiencing stray dark/black hairs appearing on my neck and under chin area. 3-4 are coming out from moles.
I have been using tweezers to remove them, but it can longer as my eye sight is rubbish. I need to remove them as they are very prominent against my skin.
I have tried hair bleaching cream but I developed a rash.
Is there a better way to get rid of hairs? I don't want to spend lots pf money on this.

Is your eyesight rubbish because you need reading spectacles? If yes, buy a pair of reading spectacles from a pound shop.
Also, you could buy a 5x magnification mirror like the one in the link below and you'll get a good view of the pesky hairs.;)

I'm not sure that hairs growing from moles are suitable candidates for electrolysis but if they are (someone more knowledgeable will confirm)...........electrolysis is a permanent hair removal solution.;)10 Dec 2007 - Led Zeppelin - I was there. :j [/COLOR]:cool2: I wear my 50 (gold/red/white) blood donations pin badge with pride.
