Use a broker. Offsets come at a cost and are generally variable rate (although you can get some fixed rate offsets last time I was checking) at that LTV I am sure you won't have any difficulty.
If you're losing sleep over / having nightmares over a great LTV and lots of equity in the house you need to get some real problems!! You're in a good position and should be proud & happy of where you are.Thinking critically since 1996....0 -
This mortgage is actually giving me nightmares. No kidding. I keep waking up in cold sweats about how much we owe and its £20 interest added daily. That is terrible I think. Mortgage 184, value 320.
Downsize. There's more to life than servicing a large mortgage. Particularly if it's impacting your health.0
