Have you no sense of humour? I was joking. Did you not notice the rolling smilie? As a woman, I would find it rather difficult to p*** against railings anyway.;)

You should have called the police. There are cameras everywhere in that area and I have previously called them with respect to drunks and they were superb at identifying the individual and routing an officer over to deal with the problem. An act like that described would be sufficient to get someone arrested.
