In DMP but won bank charges claim!

Just wanted to share my success on recent claim from Lloyds TSB. I filed 2 claims to Lloyds one for individual account and one for joint account with my husband. Individual claim for £845 wasn't even defended by Lloyds and was paid back into my account in full. The second claim for just over £1,600 has been defended and has been referred to county court of which I intend to follow through. I am currently in DMP and Lloyds have been giving me lots of hassle as owe them money and didn't think for one minute I would win my case but my sister insisted I make one.
Just goes to show its worth a go, winning this has allowed my to pay off 2 of my debts to Lloyds and close these accounts with a NIL balance! One small step in the right direction..:rotfl:
