Well done! I would be pleased with the outcome, as you say, but certainly NOT thinking it was 'great customer service' from Aldi to threaten a shopper with a 'fine', ever. THIS IS NOT ON, THIS IS NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SORT SUCH ISSUES OUT AFTER THE EVENT OF EXTORTING MONEY FROM YOU. THINK HOW MANY LITTLE OLD LADIES PAY UP AND GET UPSET BUT NEVER COMPLAIN.
