Terms & Conditions

1. Open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L’Oreal employees, their immediate families or friends.

2. No Purchase is necessary. Entry to receive a free sample of 1 True Match foundation shade after completing the shade diagnostic tool is free.

3. Only one entry per person. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Multiple entries made by the same person from various email or other accounts or from the same IP address will not be accepted.

4. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to be eligible.

5. Incomplete or illegal entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed True Match samples.

6. To receive a free sample of True Match foundation entrants must complete the shade diagnostic tool at indyourtruematch.co.uk and enter their full details, including postal address, email address, login details and full name. If any of these details are missing
entrants will not receive a free sample. The offer of a free True Match foundation sample will close on 31.12.14 or earlier if stocks have run out.

7. There are a maximum of 2,000 samples available in total. If more than 2,000 samples are requested we will not be able to supply any further samples and the activity will close.

8. In the instance that there are no available samples left in your shade type we will not be able to send you a sample. You will be informed of this via email.

9. After successfully completing the shade diagnosis along with your full details you should receive your sample within 5-15 working days

10. Neither the Promoter nor agencies involved in this promotion may be liable to the entrants, whether arising from tort including negligence, breach of contract or otherwise or for any
loss or damage whatsoever caused by matters relating to this promotion to the extent permissible by law.

11. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add to or waive any of these terms and conditions in the event of circumstance arising beyond its reasonable control.

12. By entering this promotion, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter shall disqualify any entries that have failed to abide by the terms and conditions and/or are in breach of the terms and conditions.

13. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
