Hi me and my partner are first time buyers so far so good we've found the house, our offer has been accepted now comes the paperwork unfortunately i have a lack of understanding what exactly i am signing or the fees of the process.
I have my mortgage declaration and it is asking me for a type of valuation, valuation for mortgage, home view or private building survey and valuation for mortgage purposes and then underneath that is "fee enclosed".
Now as a first time buyer i would think i want to tick the private building survey and valuation for mortgage purposes as i need both but i do not know of the fees involved so i am unaware of what to enter.
Any help would be much appreciated on this matter.
