Hi,
We got our mortgage offer from Woolwich on the 7th Aug the rate is 3.39% 5 year fix. I have just seen today that the rate on that deal is now 3.09%.
We have not exchanged yet ( hopefully this week ).
If i ask will woolwich allow us to change to the new rate or is it a massive pain that will hold things up ?
It would save around £40 a month so around £2500 over the 5 years
