It will depend on which HTB Agent it is.
Orbit and Radian are turning ours round in a couple of days, but they do allow themselves upto four working days.I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. This signature is here as I follow MSE's Mortgage Adviser Code of Conduct. Thanks Kingstreet
I have found this link
http://www.helptobuyese.org.uk/
So will be sending the application together with the Property Registration form to
BPHA Limited
Head Office
Bedford Heights
Manton Lane
Bedford
MK41 7BJ
Not sure if I should be posting the docs olde fashioned style or emailing the docs, presuming they can be super quick and efficient and email me back the necessary certificate?
Who are Orbit and Radian? we are buying from Bellway.
Thanks!0 -
BPHA covers the SE. One of our sites is in Milton Keynes and we have to work with them too. They are less efficient than the other two.
Orbit is HTB Agent for Midlands, Radian is HTB South.
You can email the fully completed PIF & Reservation to BPHA at;-
helptobuy@bpha.org.uk
If the mortgage term is other than 25 years, tell them what it should be in your email. It's useful to attach the calculator if you need a longer term for affordability reasons.I am a mortgage broker.
