Pixmania repair/refund

Ok telly awaiting collection by by UPS today after it failed to come on yesterday.
The tv was bought in october 2013 and broke down in april this year, was sent away for 6 weeks for the repair to be carried out.
That time the screen turned green and a circuit board had to be replaced.
So working out I have had the tv for 45 weeks, was in oz for 7 weeks and was away for 6 weeks for repair, so really thebtv has been used for 32 weeks and broken down twice in that time.
I asked pixmania about a refund but have been told they can only offer a repair at this moment.
Surely 2 breakdowns in such a short period isnt acceptable?
So looking for help and guidance on this, I want to email and complain and hopefully get a refund instead of a repair as i dont want a tv that is constantly in need of repair.
So any help with this is gratefully recieved.
