Hi Does anyone know the best way to go about putting in a claim for pensions misselling. There is loads on this site about endowment compo and bank charges compo, but nothing about pensions compo. I am trying to do it myself instead of going to one of those ambulance chaser companies but I it's a bit difficult. And you only get one go!! So it better be a good one!! Cheers for any info:beer:

There isnt anything because there aren't any indications of wholesale mis-selling with pensions. There used to an issue back in 1988-1993 but that has long gone.
What makes you think you have been mis-sold?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Well the policy was bought through a friend of friend so they would get commission so no financial advisor spoke to me and warned me of the risks. And the policy has performed badly so I would have been better off staying contracted in for the 12 years I was contracted out. What do you think?:eek:0

You have no grounds for complaint.
1 - No financial adviser gave advice. When you complain, you are complaining about the advice given. If no advice was given, then you cannot complain about it.
2 - Performance is not grounds for complaint. If you are unhappy about the performance then change the investments.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
