Can I use the Help to Buy equity loan scheme for a new build if I have 10% deposit, or is the equity loan part designed for people with less than 10% deposit?
The HtB guide only mentions that you need at least 5% deposit, but not if there is a maximum deposit limit (in terms of % of house value).
Many thanks.

You can employ anything from 5% upwards. The only stipulation is you must have a mortgage of at least 25% of the purchase price.I am a mortgage broker.
