Is it worth switching?

I'm on a 2.49% tracker mortgage (so currently on 2.99%).

I've seen I can get a tracker mortgage with the same lender as low as 1.49%.

The short question for all you moneysavers out there: is it worth the hassle? Sounds like a no brainer 'Yes' to me, but am I just being greedy, or is there something I haven't considered yet?

Thanks in advance,
Adam

Nothing greedy in switching. If it makes financial sense then switch.
  • Thanks - I wasn't sure if there was a % threshold where it made more sense to (e.g switching from a 5% to a 2% is clearly worth it).

I don't think I have any penalties or anything stopping me doing this, but wanted to know if anyone saw an obvious reason not to!
