Has anyone used the brokers L&C own mortgages? They have a 2 year discounted 2.35% at 85% ltv. Was interested to hear from others, I can't find any reviews on their actual mortgage service instead of their brokerage service.

They don't offer 'their own mortgages'; they're a broker - that will be a rate from a lender that they can approach.

So for L&C's best buy table, the Lender column, where L&C's logo appears, this is just a deal with another bank that you can only get from going direct through L&C?0

No its not correct.
Its a deal that you can get through L&C but MAY be able to get through another broker or by going direct. This product is available as an 'exclusive' at 2.35% - exclusive to members of 'PMS' (Premier Mortgage Services - a massive, massive mortgage club).
Not terribly exclusive...!
