How long from survey to offer?

Options
Hi,

Im a worried ftb, its been four weeks since the credit check was done, three weeks since the survey was done (all fine) and two weeks since i was charged the arrangement fee. So why dont i have a mortgage offer yet :-(

Can anyone give me an idea if this is normal? i am trying to chase up but always get told that i'll get a call back and dont.

Thanks!
