Post Office Bond Matured Today but I still can't access my money!

I have a bond which matured today. I woke up nice and early so that I could transfer the money into a new account (nominated) where I would get a better rate of interest as it has now moved to a rubbish Online Easy Saver. When I log into my account, I see that my interest has been paid and that the account has just changed from a bond to an easy saver - all what I expected. However, when I click to transfer funds, it says my account has £0.00 in it! so therefore, I cannot transfer any funds!

Anyone know what I can do? I am pretty mad as I know I only want to switch it to another account but they do not know if I had plans for that money today!

I did reply to a thread last week warning people about the post office. I had to nominate a account for the instant access account and wait 5 days till I could access my money. They had the account details as they had been paying the interest to that account for 3 years. Get onto them right away.
