We have been offered a 5 year fixed rate of 3.29% on a 65% LTV mortgage with First Direct. They will hold the rate and funds for 6 months for £950 fee.
Anybody heard of anything better.

Hi, we've been offeed 3-29 fixed for 5 years no fees. 75% ltv post office/ bank of Ireland ( already with them).Starting balance £173,000 (Sept 2012) interest only so if we do nothing We will owe this at the end of the term😁😁
Balance as of Sept 2014 £165,803
Balance as of Feb 2015 £163,360
Balance end of July 2015 £159,050
Balance as of Jan 2017.... £138,033:j0 -
West Brom now doing 2.99% with £599 fees0
