This measure will have effect from the 2015-16 tax year, commencing 6 April 2015.
Further details on making claims will be set out in due course.
not quite sure what that means.The measure will come in from 2015 to 2016, and couples will benefit from summer 2016.0 -
That sounds like they are doing it by refund after the end of the tax year. Which makes sense really because they won't know for sure until then that the people involved actually fulfill the conditions.0
