Buying land & living in a log cabin

Hi all I'm just wondering what people think of my idea.
I have around £20,000 to my name, I've seen some good land available 1.4 acres £10,000.
My idea is to buy land around that price and then buy one of these:-
simplylogcabins.co.uk/log-cabins-c1/multi-room-cabins-c37
For around £10,000, i then have a home on my own land at a cheap price, with a probably a lot better lifestyle than i would in terraced housing.
I was also thinking about buying more of these cabins and renting them out at a cheaper price than house prices and yeah developing an income that way.
What do people think of my idea?
Thank you.

Only problem being, you have no running water, no electric, no sanitary, and no permission.0

Hi thanks for the reply, how much would all that cost to install? How would you go about getting planning permission?
Also are you positive you would you need planning permission as these are not 'built' onto land, you are effectively just parking them onto your own land.0 -

Why would you think this is spam, it is a genuine question.0 -
Interesting question, don't know what stage of life you'd be at to come up with such an idea. Why don't you build your own log cabin to save 10 grand and buy more land with some trees?0

if it is a genuine question then consider the following
-you need planning permission to build a house or develop land
-if it's in the green belt then forget it
-if he land is cheap then that's usually because you aren't allowed to build there
-if you have a specific parcel of land in mind then contact the local planning office (of the council ) and ask their opinion.
-the fact it's 'your' land has nothing to do with being allowed to develop the land0 -
I've done just more research into it by typing 'mobile home own land'.
Sounds like a lot more trouble than first thought, which is a shame really as it seemed a good idea in principal.
Now what I'm thinking is why do people buy land which they cannot build on or do anything with?0 -
