fraudulant payday loans taken out by spouse

my husband had taken out numerous payday loans in my name without my consent or knowledge via the internet. I have reported this problem to the police as fraud and they have done nothing to help me. I am continuing to pay these loans back via an IVA, even though I have done nothing wrong. the first I was aware of this was when the bailiffs showed up and repossessed my home and made me and my children homeless. my husband was hiding letters and disguising phone calls to keep me in the dark about this situation, he had taken these loans out VIA his ipad and using his email address and mobile phone number. I am now paying £600 per month to the IVA. is there anything I can do about this situation?

Came on here for help not nasty comments! thank you. If anyone has any decent advise it would be very much appreciated.0

Speak to your IVA provider. Have your husband arrested for theft/fraud?
A PDL alone would not cause you to be evicted; there would have to be Council Tax, Rent/Mortgage arrears.

If, however, you are trolling - then shame on you.0 -
OP why are you paying them ? Get your husband to pay them back.0

If your home has been repossessed, then you should not really be in IVA. Nor should you be paying off your husband's debts.
Bankruptcy would seem a much better alternative for you.
PS. I trust the husband is no longer on the scene?"There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0 -

Taking loans out is a little more complex than you suggest here.0 -

House was repossessed due to him hiding the fact that the mortgage hadn't been paid, this was down to PDL's taking payments from bank which i did not know about!0

Thank you for your comment Roger, but it can not be that complex because he has managed to do it.0

If you did not know about it, then this implies that it is his house, not yours. It's unfortunate, but the best advice is to move on, and start again.
If, as a couple, you could not afford it, then there's not much to be done other than to out it down to experience.
Maybe make him do the washing up for a while, walk the dog, that kind of thing, to let him know that you are not happy.0
