Mortgage for Orlit house

Looking to buy my Council house but finding it difficult to get a mortgage for my "Orlit" constructed house in Scotland, classed as defective in Scotland due to it being built of concrete.
I've tried some of the main banks, supposed specialist mortgage brokers and financial advisers and tried some banks in England all come back with same answer, No
Anyone guide /advise me in right direction to getting a mortgage with out doing any remedial work to house.
cheers

No. It's on the 1984 Housing Act defective list and unmortgageable without being subject to an approved repair scheme.
