The morphy richards one is not dishwasher safe because it is very much like a kettles but I find it really easy to clean. I always give it a wipe with a small amount of oil to stop things sticking to it. Then when empty, I just fill with hot water and washing up liquid, leave for half an hour (although probs doesn't need that long) then wipe round and rinse!
You only need to cut/chop to size of pineapple chunks and you can throw stalks in too..
Have a look on you tube etc. and you can get an idea of what it does.
Just a kettle with a blender attached really but automated.0
