What's the deal?

Book a children's eye test (which are free at any optician) at Dollond & Aitchison and get a free children's story book. To get your free book simply grab a leaflet in store at D & A and fill in your details including your customer reference number.

What books are up for grabs?

You can choose from any one of the following books:
  • Topsy & Tim: The Big Surprise, Jean & Gareth Adamson
  • Mr Majeika, Humphrey Carpenter
  • Goggle Eyes, Anne Fine
  • The Lionboy, Zizou Corder
Terms & Conditions
  • An alternative title may be sent in the event of stocks running out.
  • Books will take up to 28 days for delivery whilst stocks last.
  • Offer available from Monday 2 July to Saturday 1 September to under 16's who have their eyes tested at any D & A store.
  • The branch will submit the form to the distribution centre.
  • No cash alternative available.
  • Photocopies will not be accepted.
  • Normal NHS rules apply for children
The voucher also entitles any parent or guardian to have a half price eye test at any branch of D & A nationwide (normal price £17.50)
